I am a married mum of four children. I love travelling, the beach, great coffee, cafes with character, adventure, delicious food and dresses with pockets. I hear all the time that people don’t know how to feed their family quick healthy meals that don’t come from a packet!
My aim for this book was to get you back in the kitchen! Cook with your partner, your kids, your grandparents or on your own! It can be quicker and cheaper to make yourself a delicious meal at home using simple fresh ingredients, rather than heading out for “fast food”.
We need to teach our kids, the next generation, how to prepare real food! Give them the skills and confidence to create healthy meals for themselves.
