      Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that aids biorhythm regulation. The biorhythm is disrupted by stress, crossing time zones and changing work shifts. Melatonin production also declines with age. This product has been formulated in a lozenge form to ensure faster and more complete absorption.

      Suggested Use

      Dissolve 1 lozenge under the tongue or hold in mouth until dissolved 20 to 30 minutes prior to bedtime or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

      Other Ingredients

      Mannitol, cellulose, natural flavors, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), xylitol and silicon dioxide.

      No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.
